Refund policy
Full-priced merchandise that has been purchased from our website may be returned to our Brooklyn and/or Monsey stores for exchange/store credit or mailed back for online store credit in the form of a gift card code via email.
Items purchased online will not be accepted for return at our Lakewood location.
You must return these purchases to the store or by mail as outlined below within 7 days of the date of purchase stated on your receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also include the return form that prints with your shipping label.
To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal here. Enter your email address and order# and follow the prompts. View and print your return shipping label. Pack your item securely and paste the label onto your package. Please make sure to remove or cover any old labels. Return your package through any UPS shipping point.
We will process your return when we receive your package.
An $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, or the item your received is damaged, you will receive a full refund; your shipping label will be free.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Lingerie items must have original tags attached. Packages must be closed. We will not accept returns on items whose packages have been opened.
All clearance items are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds or credits will be given, neither instore nor by email.
Please process PrePesach and PreSuccos returns as soon as possible . We will NOT accept any Pre Holiday order returns after Yom Tov.
Purchases made using a store credit are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange your item, it is best to return the original item and repurchase the one you want.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are issued as a gift card code by email. No cash refunds will be offered, either instore or online.
Gift Returns
Please call customer service for pre-approval if you are returning a gift. If accepted, you must include the original gift receipt within your package. We will then mail you a gift card for the amount of the original purchase. When speaking to customer service regarding a gift return, please specify whether you want a gift card for instore or online use.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased for instore use are redeemable instore only. Gift cards purchased for online use via email code will not be accepted instore. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards are not returnable and non-refundable. Gift cards are not valid in our Lakewood store.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please call or contact customer service. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that your order will be processed and it can no longer be cancelled.
