This garment is crafted of quality, easy care, machine washable fabric. Treating your garments with care will help keep them looking beautiful for a long time.
- Turn garment inside out.
- Close buttons, snaps, hooks and zippers.
- Wash on gentle cycle in cool or cold water with mild detergent. Use only color safe non-chlorine bleach.
- Air drying is recommended. Maxi dresses, skirts and shirts made of woven fabric can be hung on hangers. Items made with knit or jersey fabrics are best dried flat.
- Velour items may be fluffed in the dryer on low setting or air cycle and promptly removed after a few minutes.
Shipping Within the USA
All orders are generally processed as soon as we receive them. If the item you ordered is in stock, it will usually leave our warehouse within 5 business days, very often even sooner. If it is not in stock, you will receive an email letting you know that the particular item is back ordered and when we expect to ship it.
Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will be able to select your shipping option at checkout.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it. Items bought online may be returned to any of our stores for exchange or store credit. You can also send items back by mail or delivery courier. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items purchased online will not be accepted for return at our Lakewood location.
Full Priced Items
Full priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued and no money will be returned.
Sale and Clearance Items
All reduced priced items are considered final sale. They cannot be exchanged or returned and no store credit will be issued.
Lingerie
Lingerie items must be unworn with tags attached. Packages must be unopened.
Kids Items
Kids robes may only be exchanged for size with other kids robes. Kids robes will not be accepted for return.
Pre-Pesach and Pre-Succos Returns
Merchandise bought before Pesach and before Succos must be returned before the holiday within 5 days of the date posted on the packing slip. Anything ordered before Pesach or Succos will not be accepted for return after the holiday.
