Shipping and Delivery
At The Lingerie Shop we put much effort into making sure you get your order on time. We work very hard to prevent delays of any kind.
All orders are generally processed as soon as we receive them. If the item you ordered is in stock, it will usually leave our warehouse within 5 business days, very often even sooner. If it is not in stock, you will receive an email letting you know that the particular item is backordered and when we expect to ship it.
Orders within the USA are shipped via UPS. You will be given a choice of Ground or Second Day Air and shipping is calculated based on your choice. Ground shipping generally takes 1-5 business days and Second Day Air will usually ship within 1-2 business days.
International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Duties and Taxes on International Orders:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Returns and Replacements
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund to your credit card.
The Lingerie Shop will not accept online purchase exchanges and/or returns at our store locations. You must return these purchases by mail as outlined below within 20 days of the date of purchase stated on your receipt.

All clearance items are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds or credits will be given.

Lingerie items must have original tags attached. Packages must be closed. We will not accept returns on items whose packages have been opened.

Kids' items may only be exchanged for other kids items. No returns will be accepted on kids items and no refunds will be given.
PLEASE NOTE OUR PESACH RETURN POLICY.
PrePesach orders may only be returned within 5 days of order receipt. We will NOT accept any PrePesach order returns after Yom Tov.
Sale items can only be returned for store or online credit within 15 days of the date of purchase stated on your receipt.
The item being returned must be unworn, unused, with all labels and tags attached. You must include your original shipping invoice in order to receive credit for your return.Please package item(s) securely and send it back using the return address on your original shipping package. If you don't know where to send your return, please contact us to make sure you send it to the right place.
We highly recommend sending your package via insured carrier so you can track it and make sure it gets to us. Understandably, if we don't receive your package, we cannot give you a refund.
If you would like to exchange an item please call us at 718-438-5995 ext. 351 or contact us via the form on this website or your regular email.
If you are returning a gift, please include the original gift receipt within your package. We will then mail you a gift card for the amount of the original purchase. Gift cards are redeemable instore or online.
If you need to cancel your order, please call or contact customer service. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that your order will be processed and it can no longer be cancelled.
